We want you to love your Laelouris timepiece. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our refund guidelines.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all accessories included

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Worn or damaged items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom engraved items

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email

  • Approved refunds process to your original payment method

4. Late or Missing Refunds

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
